1. Acceptance of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Service Description

Wayne Stover Paints provides custom automotive painting services, including but not limited to:

• Custom paint jobs and color matching
• Restoration work
• Artistic techniques (airbrushing, pinstriping, metallic finishes)
• Protective coatings
• Complete and partial vehicle repainting
• Specialty finishes

All services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Wayne Stover Paints are approximations based on visual inspection and customer specifications at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Additional preparation work required
• Discovery of previously undetected damage or rust
• Changes to project specifications requested by the customer
• Material cost fluctuations

We will notify you of any significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work. A 50% deposit is required to schedule service, with the remaining balance due upon completion of work.

4. Service Scheduling and Completion

Project timelines provided are estimates and may vary based on complexity, current workload, and unforeseen circumstances. Wayne Stover Paints will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timeframe but cannot guarantee specific completion dates.

Customers will be notified of any significant delays. We reserve the right to extend completion timelines as necessary to ensure quality results.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and desired services
• Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service
• Make your vehicle available at the scheduled time
• Inspect the completed work and report any concerns within seven (7) days
• Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

Wayne Stover Paints is not responsible for any personal items left in vehicles or for pre-existing mechanical issues unrelated to our painting services.

6. Warranty and Limitations

Wayne Stover Paints provides a limited warranty on workmanship and materials as detailed in our separate Warranty Policy. This warranty is subject to proper care and maintenance of the painted surfaces.

Our warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Environmental damage (acid rain, bird droppings, tree sap, etc.)
• Improper care or maintenance
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original service

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYNE STOVER PAINTS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WAYNE STOVER PAINTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.

Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Wayne Stover Paints or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

We retain all rights to photograph completed work for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and print materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Customer confidentiality will be maintained regarding vehicle ownership details.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours before scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of up to 25% of the deposit to cover preparation costs.

Once work has commenced, cancellations will result in charges for all work completed and materials used, plus a 15% restocking fee for specialty materials ordered specifically for your project.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation in Riverton, Wyoming, before pursuing legal action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be filed in the appropriate courts located in Fremont County, Wyoming.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
